These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dustaway.us (the "Site") and your relationship with Dust Away Commercial Cleaning Services ("Dust Away," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, submitting a form, or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What This Site Is For

This Site provides information about our commercial cleaning, floor care, and disinfection services in the Charlotte, NC region, and lets you request a quote, apply for a job, request a free consultation, or sign up for our newsletter or checklist. The Site itself does not sell services, process payments, or create a binding contract on its own, see "Quotes and Service Agreements" below.

Quotes and Service Agreements

Any price, estimate, or quote shown on or requested through this Site is an estimate only, based on the information you provide, and is not a binding offer.
An actual cleaning engagement begins only once we've confirmed the scope of work with you and both sides have agreed on pricing and schedule, typically after a walkthrough or call.
We reserve the right to decline any quote request or job application at our discretion.
This Site does not process online payments. Billing and payment terms are handled separately, as part of your service agreement with us.

Acceptable Use

When using this Site, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
Use the Site's forms to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or abusive content.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
Copy, scrape, or reuse the Site's content, photos, or written material for a purpose other than evaluating our services.
