No. Dust Away works month to month. We believe a cleaning partner should earn your business on every visit, not lock you into a multi year agreement. It's been our policy since 2007.

Are you insured?
Yes, Dust Away is fully insured. Documentation is available on request for your vendor files.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Absolutely. Most of our clients prefer evening, overnight, or weekend service. We build the schedule around your operation so cleaning never disrupts your business.

Are you qualified to clean medical facilities?
Yes, healthcare is one of our specialties. We use EPA approved disinfectants at proper dwell times, color coded microfiber systems to prevent cross contamination, and crews trained in healthcare cleaning and disinfection. We've served hospitals, rehab facilities, and medical offices for 20 years.
Who actually supervises the work?
Our team personally supervises, performing the initial walkthrough, building your program, and checking in on accounts regularly. You'll always have a direct line to a decision maker, not a call center.
Will the same crew clean my facility each time?
Yes. We assign a consistent, trained crew to your building so your preferences are remembered and standards stay consistent visit after visit.
What floor types do you service?
Terrazzo (including diamond polishing), VCT, LVP/LVT, sheet vinyl, linoleum, rubber, and sealed concrete, plus full carpet care. Floor care is the service Dust Away is best known for.
How fast can you start?
After the walkthrough, most programs start within days, and we can usually accommodate urgent one time projects (post construction, floods of foot traffic, inspections) on short notice.
