Finished a build or renovation? We remove the dust, debris, and residue so your space is spotless and move in ready, on schedule.

From construction site to move in ready

Dust Away's post construction clean up brings the detail and equipment to deliver a finished space that's ready to show off, coordinated around your project timeline.

The Dust Away Construction Clean Up Standard, in practice: rough to final phases so vents, fixtures, and floors are truly move in ready, not just swept.

Why Dust Away

Why builders schedule us early

One contact from walkthrough to handover

Construction schedules move. You coordinate with one person who can shift crews the same day, not a chain of approvals.

We hit the handover date

Crews are staffed to your inspection or turnover date, including nights and weekends when the date will not move.

Quoted by project, not by contract

Priced for the build in front of us, with no ongoing agreement attached, though most builders call us back for the next one.

Phased to the build, not a single sweep

Rough, fine, and final passes are scheduled against your handover date, because construction dust keeps settling long after the trades leave.

Common questions

Questions we get about post construction clean up

Why is this done in more than one pass?

Because construction dust keeps falling. A rough clean clears debris so trades can finish, a second pass handles the fine dust that settles out of the air over the following days, and a final detail clean happens right before handover. Doing it once, too early, means the space is dusty again by the walkthrough.

Can you hit a hard handover date?

Yes, and that is usually why we get called. We schedule backward from your handover or inspection date and staff the crew to meet it, including nights and weekends when the date does not move. The date is agreed in writing before we start.

Do you handle the fine dust in vents and light fixtures?

Yes. That is the dust that keeps reappearing on finished surfaces if it is left in place, it sits on ledges, in track lighting, on top of door frames and in return vents, then drops the first time the HVAC runs. High level detail work is part of the final pass, not an extra.

Ready to hand over a spotless build?

Give us your handover date and we'll work backward from it. Firm schedule, written quote, clean turnover.
